 note = {During the 10 months from March 20, 1931 to the end of December of the same year, Wataru Masuda received personal guidance from Lu Xun at Lu Xun's house. Many hand-writing notes are left in Nahan and Panghuang published in 1930, which was used as a textbook when Wataru Masuda received personal guidance from Lu Xun. It can be seen that Masuda often used figures when asking Lu Xun about the unclear points of the novel. It is probable that these hand-drawn diagram were approved by Lu Xun himself.
