In the early parts of the paper, we allude to the usage of acronyms such as HR, JD, and KPR observed on the job-hunting requests for advice and its answers. We consider that these acronyms could potentially influence modern Chinese standardize. In the second part, we explore the usage of metaphor, such as "死", "毙", "送命" to indicate "failure", "坑", "陷阱" to indicate "pitfalls" and "unexpectedness". Based on the literary style in the interview's "model answers", this paper provides evidence that the Chinese written language has been utilized in an interview of job-hunting as a politeness strategy.
