 note = {In Japan, we have experienced the five-wave of COVID-19. In June and October 2021, we conducted two online questionnaire surveys on attitude/perception change from the first wave to the fifth wave, and risk perception of the COVID-19 vaccination. The results showed that the degree of attitude change gradually decreased from the first wave.
