 note = {The writer studied transformation and the interchange of military terms in modern Japanese and Chinese and discovered in particular that parts of the Sino-Japanese words had emerged from the classical Chinese of documents or in the English-Chinese dictionary of the 19th century, then evolving and impacting on modern Japanese (as well as modern Chinese). The writer also considered citing the specific individuality of Sino-Japanese words as a foreigner. Derived from the original question "What military terms in the present-day Japanese and Chinese language were inherited by the former?", this report will investigate the following: How many military terms were established in presentday Japanese and Chinese through exchange and influence during Early-Modern times in the Japanese and Chinese language. This report will also explain the actual situations and characteristics of the exchange and mutual influence of modern Sino-Japanese military terminology.},
