@article{oai:kansai-u.repo.nii.ac.jp:00002042, author = {三村, 尚彦}, journal = {関西大学東西学術研究所紀要}, month = {Apr}, note = {This paper has been written with the aim of making clear the key concepts "architectural boy," "reversible destiny," and "Landing Sites", in Architectural Body by modern artists Shusaku Arakawa and Madeline Gins. In the past, people have been understanding these concepts through experiencing installations and architectural structures by Arakawa and Gins, or based on their lectures. Our understanding of these concepts in this research, however, is mainly based on the interpretation of the text, Architectural Body. In this paper, we discussed the following three propositions: 1) "Architectural body" means a function through which the organisms generate the world by their own acts; 2) The concept of "Reversible destiny" that insists on human immortality can be obtained through the function of architectural body when the environment and humans in that environment are re-created and re-defined; 3) Arakawa and Gins use a technical term "Landing Sites" in order to study phenomena where the world emerges as a meaningful field for the organisms. We support these three propositions through understanding the text of Architectural Body.}, pages = {69--89}, title = {「建築する身体」と「ランディング・サイト」}, volume = {50}, year = {2017} }
