| 内容記述 | Koya-gire is the earliest extant transcript of the Kokin Wakashu and exemplifies the flourishing period of Japanese Kana calligraphy. It established the fundamental aesthetic standards for Kana calligraphy. This paper analyzes the aesthetic differences between Koya-gire and Sangluan tie from two perspectives: Emotion and Strokes. The aesthetic differences between the two are not merely limited to the external forms of Hiragana versus Chinese characters but also lie in the writing state, specifically the distinction between ornamental writing and everyday writing. As a consciously ornamental work, Koya-gire reflects the writer's indirect emotions influenced by waka poetry, with the rhythm of strokes constrained by linguistic features, demonstrating greater rationality. In contrast, Sangluan tie, as an example of everyday writing, conveys the writer's direct emotions, greater sensuality. Both works established foundational aesthetic standards within their respective traditions and profoundly influenced the subsequent development of calligraphy, shaping somewhat different interpretations of what constitutes a "classic" in Japan and China. | |||||
