| 内容記述 | Empaths are individuals who are highly sensitive to the emotions and energies of others, often experiencing phenomena such as emotional hangover and emotional sponge. The mechanism underlying empaths' perception of others remains unexplained, except for descriptions found in popular books. This study investigated the relationship between a newly developed scale assessing experiences of empathic other-perception and an established empathy measure through the administration of an online survey to 235 adults. Results indicated that emotional hangover was significantly associated with nonverbal cues, stress absorption was linked to both nonverbal signals and physical/bodily cues, and emotional intuition was correlated with human energy and physical/bodily cues. These findings suggest that emotional hangover, stress absorption, and emotional intuition stem from distinct perceptual mechanisms. Further qualitative research is needed to clarify the specific experiential processes underlying each of these phenomena. | |||||

| 内容記述 | エンパスは他者の感情やエネルギーに非常に敏感な個人であり，気疲れや情動吸収といった現象を頻繁に経験する。エンパスが他者を知覚する基盤となるメカニズムは，一般書における描写を除いて，未解明のままである。本研究では，新たに開発したエンパス的他者知覚体験を評価する尺度と既存のエンパス尺度との関連を，一般成人235名を対象としたオンライン調査の実施を通して検討した。結果として，気疲れは非言語シグナルと有意に関連し，ストレス吸収は非言語シグナルと物質・身体的手がかりの両方に関連し，情動直感はひとエネルギーと物質・身体的手がかりと関連することが示された。これらの知見は，気疲れ，ストレス吸収，情動直感がそれぞれ異なる知覚メカニズムに起因することを示唆している。各現象の根底にある具体的な体験プロセスを明らかにするためには，さらなる質的研究が必要である。 | |||||
