| 内容記述 | A scoping review of qualitative studies written in Japanese and English, focusing on receptive music activities, was conducted to provide an overview of the effectiveness of counseling and therapy based on clients’ narratives about music. A database search identified 486 records, of which 26 studies met the inclusion criteria and were selected for analysis. The qualitative findings of these 26 studies were analyzed using text mining, which revealed that self-related effects—such as enhanced self-awareness, self-understanding, and contributions to self-expression—were most frequently reported, regardless of intervention methods or types of participants. Additionally, consistent with the findings from quantitative studies in a prior scoping review, this review also identified a wide range of effects, including improvements in physical and psychological functioning, social functioning, and therapeutic relationships. The findings highlight the usefulness of incorporating clients’ narratives about music into counseling and therapy. | |||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | クライエントの音楽の語りを用いたカウンセリングやセラピーの効用を概観するため，受動的音楽活動を中心に，国内外の質的研究についてスコーピングレビューを実施した。データベース検索の結果，文献486編が特定され，選択基準に基づき26編が分析の対象となった。26編の質的研究の結果はテキストマイニングで分析され，その結果，自己認識や自己理解の向上，自己表現への寄与など，自己への効用が介入方法や対象者を問わず多く報告されていた。加えて，山形他（2025）の量的研究の知見と同様，心身の機能や社会的機能，治療関係など幅広い効用も報告され，カウンセリングやセラピーに音楽の語りを用いることの有用性が示唆された。 | |||||||||||||
