| 内容記述 | 2期8年間の台湾総統任期（2016年5月20日～2024年5月20日）を満了した蔡英文前総統は在任中，国内の対抗勢力と対峙しながら内政における年金改革や同性婚の合法化などを実現し，また「中国の脅威」に直面しながら国防，外交，経済にも「抗中保台」政策に基づき多くの改革を推し進めてきた．したがって本論文では，まず政策背景に触れながら蔡前総統の任期中の主要政績を概観する．その後，経済において，前政権が取ってきた「対中傾斜」政策とは一線を画し，台湾を「世界の台湾」へ嚮導する一連の政策がもたらす台湾企業の事業展開の変化を明らかにするとともにその意義を検討する． | |||||

| 内容記述 | Following her two-term presidency (May 20, 2016–May 20, 2024), former President Tsai Ingwen left behind a legacy of significant domestic reforms, including pension reform and the legalization of same-gender marriage, despite facing strong political opposition. In response to what she termed the “China threat,” she also promoted key reforms in national defense, diplomacy, and the economy under the framework of the “Resist China and Safeguard Taiwan” policy. This study first outlines the major policy achievements of the Tsai administration, situating them within the political context in which they were conceived and implemented. It then examines how Tsai’s policies diverged from her predecessor’s pro-China economic stance, instead aiming to reposition Taiwan as “Taiwan of the World.” Finally, the study analyzes how these shifts influenced the business development strategies of Taiwanese enterprises and evaluates their broader implications. | |||||
