| 内容記述 | 医師と患者間の効果的なコミュニケーションは、信頼関係の構築と健康アウトカムの改善に不可欠である。本研究では、患者の価値観を尊重し、協働的な意思決定を行う患者中心の医療に着目し、仮想の診察場面のシナリオを用いて、患者中心性に関する医師と患者の認識の違いを検討した。また、患者中心性とパーソナリティ特性（ビッグファイブおよびダークトライアド）、および患者の肯定的行動との関連も検討した。医師126名と患者129名がパーソナリティ特性について回答し、同一の診察場面のシナリオを読んだ上で、患者中心性の認識、その後の患者の肯定的行動について回答した。その結果、仮説に反して、患者中心性の認識に医師と患者間で有意な差はみられなかった。一方、当初の予測通り、患者中心性の認識が高いほど患者の肯定的行動が生じやすい傾向がみられた。また、神経症傾向は肯定的行動と負の関連がみられた。今後の研究では、非言語的情報を含む映像や音声による診察シナリオを用いた実験により、より臨場感のある認知評価と行動予測を可能にする手法の開発が期待される。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | Effective communication between physicians and patients is essential for building trust and improving health outcomes. Focusing on patient-centered care, which emphasizes respecting patient values and making collaborative decisions, this study examined perceptual differences between physicians and patients regarding patient-centeredness using vignette-based clinical scenarios. It also investigated associations between patient-centeredness, personality traits (Big Five and Dark Triad), and positive patient behaviors. A total of 126 physicians and 129 patients completed personality measures, read identical clinical scenarios, and assessed their perceptions of patient-centeredness and subsequent positive patient behaviors. Contrary to expectations, there was no significant difference in perceptions of patient-centeredness between physicians and patients. However, as predicted, higher perceptions of patient-centeredness were associated with a greater tendency for patients to engage in positive behaviors. Neuroticism was negatively related to such behaviors, indicating its relevance in clinical interactions. Future research is expected to develop experimental methods using audiovisual clinical scenarios that include nonverbal cues, enabling more immersive perception assessments and more accurate behavior predictions. | |||||
