| 内容記述 | I obtained a color copy of "Secretary" from the Sengoro family, courtesy of Shigeyama Sengoro, the 14th-generation head of the family. The cover identifies it as the Okura school's great tradition, passed down from father to son. It bears the name of the eighth-generation head, Shigeyama Kyuzo Hidemasa. The colophon states that it was 1818 by the artist's real name, Ao Mikinosuke, who has an address in Kyoto. I want to fulfill my long-held dream since I visited the 12th Sengoro's home. The Sengoro family is currently preparing to make their collection publicly accessible through crowdfunding, which they plan to maximize. They kindly agreed to transcribe and annotate it for me. Recently, the collection was reexamined by experts from Kyoto National Museum. Consequently, they found detailed descriptions of mirro-rmaking techniques, lists of mirrors displayed at ceremonies for the enthronement of a new emperor, and records of mirrors donated to various famous shrines. These materials were subsequently deposited at the Kyoto Museum. Additionally, the Ao family were found to be technicians who had come to Japan from China. Moreover, Kyogen itself can be traced to wordplay sung at the Imperial Palace, which is connected to the lineage of "Okashi=laugh." This paper introduces the transcription in two parts. | |||||
