| 内容記述 | Greenwashing, in which companies disguise their eco-friendly image despite their lack of concern for the environment, has become a serious problem. The purpose of this study is to present a theoretical framework to clarify the impact of greenwashing on an applicant's choice of company, and to test its usefulness in a subject experiment using eye tracking. In this paper, we attempt to clarify the impact of the keynote colour of the CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) report as a visual stimulus on decision-making by quantitatively measuring the state of interest through eye tracking. In conclusion, it is found that greenwashed information tends to attract the interest of job applicants and increase their desire to join the company. | |||||||||||||
