| 内容記述 | This research investigates, from a risk perspective, the reasons why the "capital function relocation concept," which was a solution in the past, has not been realized in order to solve the "concentration of capital functions in Tokyo," a problem that has always been recognized as Japan's most important issue since the end of World War II but has yet to be resolved. And identifies that one of the major factors in the transition of national land planning is the way risks are handled, and derives that an approach from risk management is necessary for the current policy of "correcting the concentration of Tokyo" to function effectively. | |||||||||
