| 内容記述 | 本稿では、政策科学における実験室実験を経済学の立場から解説し、手法の普及を図る。二つ目は、そういった実験室実験に必要なハード、ソフトを提供し、社会科学における実験手法の定着を推進している関西大学ソシオネットワーク戦略研究機構の取り組みを研究の実例を交えて紹介することである。本機構では理論、実験、シミュレーションを駆使した人間行動の解明のみならず、制度評価、政策評価に関する研究も行っている。本稿を通じて、社会科学における実験手法の有用性が認知され、同機構を中心とした研究が展開され、政策評価などの研究水準の向上に貢献できることを望む。 | |||||||||

| 内容記述 | This paper study explains laboratory experiments in policy science from the perspective of economics and to promote the methods. Additionally, it introduces the efforts of the Research Institute for Socionetwork Strategies at Kansai University, which provides the hardware and software necessary for such laboratory experiments and promotes the establishment of experimental methods in the social sciences. The Institute conducts research not only on the elucidation of human behavior using theory, experiment, and simulation but also on institutional and/or policy evaluations. Through this study, we hope that the usefulness of experimental methods in the social sciences will be recognized, and that research centered on this organization will be developed and contribute to raising the level of research in policy evaluation and other areas. | |||||||||
