| 内容記述 | 本稿では，三重県松阪市旧三雲町旧参宮街道沿い集落における，歴史的まちなみの現況と今後のまちなみ保全に向けた課題点を抽出した。分析では，旧三雲町内の妻入型町屋が確認された3地区・7集落の比較を通して，各地区および各集落の現状について把握を行った。歴史的まちなみの現況として，旧三雲町内にみられる妻入型町屋の分布状況に関しては，戦後直後にはほとんどの屋根形状が妻入を選択しており，2022年現在も各集落に見られることが明らかとなった。一方，まちなみ保全に求められる「建造物の連続性」の視点から，新築建造物の屋根形状や位置を分析すると，街道と建造物の位置との関係性は，駐車場利用による敷地内のセットバック及び隣地境界の空地配置，街道裏側道路敷設や周辺の駐車場設置など，周辺環境の違いが影響していることが分かった。これらの戦前・新築建造物の現状から，今後のまちなみ保全に向けた誘導内容の検討を行った。 | |||||||||

| 内容記述 | In this study, we have shed light on the existing condition of the historical townscape located on the Sangu Kaido, Former Mikumo Town and the issues pertaining to its conservation. We drew conclusions about the existing condition of each district and village by comparing three districts and seven villages where Tsumairi buildings are found with Mikumo Town. We analyzed the shape and position of the roofs of the new buildings in terms of their sustainability by considering, the relationship between the roads and positions of the buildings. We found that variations in the neighboring structures, such as setbacks and layout of the vacant lot at the boundary of the adjacent land, construction on the back side way, and the parking lot also played a vital role. Thus, based upon the existing condition of these pre-war and post-war buildings, we have put together guidelines for townscape conservation in the future. | |||||||||
