| 内容記述 | 本稿は，東京・名古屋・大阪・福岡大都市圏の各地を横断的に見ながら，各大都市圏近郊において共通してみられやすい，1900～1940年代における耕地整理法に基づいた「耕地整理事業」地区の特徴を明らかにするものである。同地区においては，水田としての効率的な利用を目指して，規格化された街路・水路の配置および面積規模による土地区画が設けられた。そして，その標準区画で構成された地区が都市化する際には，地区側からの誘致と施設側からの用地需要とが一致し，教育機関や工場，そして特定省庁の公務員宿舎が多く立地した。しかしながら，水田耕作に適した街路・水路配置による標準区画は，都市化した場合には，自動車交通の難しさや，自然災害への脆弱性をもたらす可能性が高い。地籍図などを活用した地域分析や対策立案が求められる。 | |||||||||

| 内容記述 | This paper reveals the characteristics of “Farmland readjustment project” districts based on the farmland readjustment laws of the 1900s to 1940s, which are common in the suburbs of Tokyo, Nagoya, Osaka, and Fukuoka metropolitan area by confirming cross−sectionally those districts of the each metropolitan areas. In those districts, the standardized layout of streets and waterways and land divisions based on area size were established with the aim of efficient use as rice fields. And when those districts made up of standard plots had urbanized, many educational institutions, factories, and national civil servant dormitory for specific ministries were located by matching the attraction from the district side and the demand for land from the facility side. However, when the standard plots with streets and waterways that are suitable for paddy cultivation urbanized, those districts are likely to become difficult to access by car and vulnerable to natural disasters. Regional analysis and countermeasure planning using cadastral maps, etc. are required in those districts. | |||||||||
