The hypothesis of this paper suggests that citizens who are familiar with the content of and necessity for the fiscal reforms by the local governments are more likely to accept the burden of public goods that are usually hard to access. To test the hypotheses, I conducted a linear regression analysis using the citizen survey conducted by the Takatsuki City and Kansai University in 2022.
