In this study, the college students as study participants were asked to recall past stressful events and then encouraged to positively reinterpret the events through expressive writing. The results revealed that negative emotions, such as depression, anxiety, anger, and discouragement, decreased, and positive emotions, such as happiness and relief, increased after positive reinterpretation. Depression and anxiety decreased and relief increased after positive reinterpretation than before the recall of the events. Thus, the effect of positive reinterpretation is not only to restore the induced maladaptive emotions to a previous state but also to a better state. Although it was also determined whether the effect of positive reinterpretation differed between optimists and pessimists, no significance difference was observed, indicating that it was equally effective for both., 本研究の目的は,デイリーハッスルズに相当する過去のストレスフルな出来事の想起に伴って生じる不適応的な感情状態が,その出来事の肯定的再解釈によって改善し得るか,ポジティブ感情とネガティブ感情の両側面から検討することであった。そこで,筆記表現法を援用して大学生を対象に調査を行った結果,抑うつ,不安,怒り,落胆は低下し,幸福,安堵は増加した。さらに抑うつ,不安,安堵については,出来事の想起前の状態に戻るだけでなく,より望ましい状態になっていた。なお,楽観者と悲観者とで肯定的再解釈の効果に差があるかも探索的に検討したが,両者の間に差はなく,同等に有効であることが示された。}, pages = {39--54}, title = {ストレスフルな出来事に対する肯定的再解釈が感情に与える影響 : 大学生のデイリーハッスルズに対する筆記表現法の試行}, volume = {15}, year = {2024} }
