An online course was administered as part of a liberal arts curriculum in a quasi-experimental design with no control group. Of the students who took the course, 70 were selected for analysis (Mᵃᵍᵉ = 19.51 years, SD = 1.19; Women = 53). The results of hierarchical multiple regression analysis did not validate any model that added the frequency of thinking about existential questions in the target course as an independent variable, and the hypotheses were not supported.
