| 内容記述 | The magazine "Shien" was a remarkable platform for the publication of many poetic works. During its time, it stood out in the Japanese academic world as a unique literary journal that emphasized Chinese literature. This research note examines the creative process of composing verse by Japanese poets during the Edo and Meiji periods, as presented in "Shien." In addition, the magazine serves as a historical lens through which one can observe tangible examples of cultural interactions and exchanges between Japan and China. This article presents relevant archival materials and the key poets involved in these cross-cultural dialogues. Looking ahead, future research efforts will not only examine Japanese poetic literature but will also broaden the scope to investigate Japanese poets who gained prominence due to the dynamic cultural interactions between Japan and China from an international perspective. | |||||||||
