Mummies","subitem_alternative_title_language":"en"}]},"item_10009_date_11":{"attribute_name":"出版年月日","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_date_issued_datetime":"2017-03-01","subitem_date_issued_type":"Issued"}]},"item_10009_description_5":{"attribute_name":"概要","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"ミイラ製作は、古代エジプトにおいて最も重要な科学の一つであるとみなされている。それ故、古代エジプトの全時代を通じて、様々な技術と材料がミイラ製作の過程で用いられている。また、博物館や収蔵庫にあるエジプトのミイラで認められる劣化に関する多くの様相は、相対湿度、気温、光、汚染といった整備されていない環境要因を反映していると考えられる。本研究では、古代のミイラから微生物を分離・同定、それらがミイラの成分（セルロース、ペクチン、たんぱく質）と材料に与える影響の評価を行い、古代のミイラの保存処置を実施する。今回の実験は、新王国時代に用いられたミイラ製作技術を用いて、新しくミイラにしたラットにて行われた。保管後のミイラからは、微生物が分離・同定され、それらは様々な部位や環境下で発見された。同定された数種の微生物によるミイラの材料への影響は、顕微鏡検査やX線撮影を用いて分析され、微生物の識別法及び消毒、洗浄、強化、欠けた部分の補修を含む保存方法は、カイロ大学考古学部博物館所蔵のミイラに対して行われた。今回のデータは、ミイラ製作の材料の大部分には、ミイラから分離された微生物に対する抵抗性があることを示した。全ての保存方法は、ミイラの美的価値を維持した。","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_10009_description_6":{"attribute_name":"内容記述","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"文部科学省私立大学戦略的研究基盤形成支援事業（平成25年度〜平成29年度）","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Other"},{"subitem_description":"原著
