The UME-TEMMA project began in 2015 with the Kuroda Seminar’s fieldwork in Tenjinbashisuji Shopping Arcade and Osaka Temmangu Shrine, culminating in the completion of the carbonated drink UME-TEMMA as a product in May 2018 and ultimately ending in July 2022. In the spring semester of 2015, the Seminar organised a research group on the “Water of Tenma Tenjin”.
