| 内容記述 | The mural paintings at the burial chamber of Idout in Saqqara, Egypt, are very beautiful and valuable historically. But many parts of the paintings were exfoliated from the walls by the weathering of mother rock. In 2009 the mural paintings were restored and temporarily fixed on their original location expect the south wall. For the conservation works to be effective, it was important to strengthen the mother rock of the burial chamber. Therefore, we carried out investigation about the mother rock and executed the reinforcement tests on the basis of our investigation results. We performed the injection of the epoxy resin and the insertion of anchor bolt to the cracks of mother rock, then confirmed the effectiveness and workability of the reinforcement materials and machines | |||||
