| 内容記述 | The consultation system is a base of community social work. We need to evaluate the effectiveness of this system, in order to aim at strengthening and fullness. It can be understood that the consultation system is a program which consists of four projects. They are (1) the arrangement of the consultation function, (2) the promoting of the community social worker's competence, (3) the building and managing of a network, and (4) the organizational utilization of the consultation information. It is important to enhance the effectiveness of the consultation system by evaluating these four projects not only by a quantitive method but by a qualitative method. | |||||
