| 内容記述 | The long-term care insurance system has established in 2000. The aims of this insurance are to support the independence of elderly and make the community that guarantees a secure life to them. In 2006, with amendment of this insurance, community-based services were launched. Community-based services include some services. One of them is small-scale and multifunctional in-home care. The model of this care service is TAKUROSYO. This paper discusses the significance of community-based services, with analyzing the activities of TAKUROSHO and the methods of care management of small-scale and multifunctional in-home care. The result indicates that it is more important for social work practice to assess the meaning of place for users than space. | |||||
