| 内容記述 | This article examines the framework and the foundation of the contents of the social work practicum in an amendment to the Certified Social Workers and Certified Care Workers Act in 2007. In order to consider the future system of social work practicum supervision, the purpose of this article focuses especially on the roles and the issues of teachers, field instructors, and students. As a result, it is revealed that supervision of certified social workers is not clearly defined; therefore, in this article, it is defined that "social work practicum supervision is a process of training a certified social worker based on providing three functions such as management, support, and education for students by teachers and field instructors". In other words, a student receives double supervisions from a teacher and a field instructor in the social work practicum. In addition, as issues of double supervisions, this study examines the ways of visit instruction and the contents of social work practicum program in the system of the social work practicum. | |||||
