| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study is to examine the problems of community-based services of small-scale and multifunctional in-home care. This study employs qualitative methods of research, interviews, coding for analysis. As a result, the four categories were generated. They are "instructions of alliance in community care", "missions of continuing care", "weakness of neighborhood linkage", "positioning of the middle". In conclusion, the dilemmas of community-based services were cleared. Managers of small-scale and multifunctional in-home care intend to take roles of continuity to resolve the dilemmas. | |||||
