I hope this helps students to understand the mechanism and the method of research of Clinical Biofeedback. To achieve excellent results at sports and material arts competition, it's necessary to improve the exercise capacity, competitive ability, and so on. Especially, when it comes to the final game, we have to fight with someone whose ability is equivalent to -or even more than- ours in all aspects. Skillfulness and exercise capacity such as muscular strength, stamina and explosive power have critical impact of all competition including the Olympic Games. But eventually, what holds the most important key to victory is "spirit" which is a psychological factor. To win through the competition, high level technology and physical strength is indispensable, but the luck and the sense are also important factors when the forces are almost the same. In such cases, to keep one's mental status in an optimal state is of prime importance. In response to students' request, the lecture "Clinical Biofeedback" includes the demonstration of Biofeedback. Through this lecture, you can learn how to control "Spirit" -which is an invisible and mysterious monster- and how to relieve the tension. I want you to get excellent results at the critical moment in your life! This paper is a report that serves as part of the results of the study implemented with the support of Grant-in-Aid for Scientific Research: 2011-2012 Challenging Exploratory Research, "Study on the Effect of Biofeedback Training on Athletic Performance" (Grant Number: 23650401).}, pages = {29--39}, title = {講義 : 臨床バイオフィードバック}, volume = {10}, year = {2015} }
