| 内容記述 | The purpose of this paper is to examine roles of social worker in resource development for clients. Miley, K.K. and other authors argue the roles of social worker in the empowerment approach in generalist social work practice. This paper reviews the approach of MiLey & others and points out the importance of alliance to generate resources. The results show that we need to give a detailed account of linkages and to research on the meanings of resources for each client. | |||||
