This study conducted an online questionnaire survey. The respondents were 116 Kansai University graduates who were stationed abroad. In conclusion, 65.2% of respondents evaluated Japanese government's measures were less effective than that of the country where they resided. 19.0% of respondents felt discriminated because of their nationality. Almost all respondents were under a lot of psychological stress.
