A little less than 90% of the families who answered the survey consider the quality of long-term care is important. Although a lot of families are satisfied with staff attitudes, the way staffs talk and dress, facility environment, events, and communication with family members.The satisfaction on the quality of excretion care, diaper change, shopping attendance, and outing support, etc. are relatively low. They also feel that nursing care skills should be improved through education and training and staff retention even though the facilities are being very busy due to labor shortage.
