| 内容記述 | ピア・サポートは、1970年代のカナダにおけるいじめ問題の対応から始まったとされる。その後、高等教育に学ぶ学生の増加と多様化に対応するものとして各国で積極的に導入されてきた。日本においても1990年代以降、各大学・学生を取り巻く環境の変化から取り組みが開始され、2000年代後半以降に急激に拡大した。独立行政法人日本学生支援機構［2011］によれば、ピア・サポートプログラムのうち60％後半は2005年以降に設置されたものであることが明らかとなっている。しかし、取り組みの数、内容、教育的効果に関する先行研究は複数存在するものの、2005年以降の大学におけるピア・サポートの拡大の背景については明らかにされていない。本論文は、2000年代後半に日本の各大学でピア・サポートの取り組みが拡大してきた背景について、特に、新たな社会的ニーズに対応した学生支援プログラム（以降、学生支援GP）の役割について、政策過程から明らかにしたものである。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | Peer support is said to have started in dealing with the bullying problem in Canada in the 1970s. Since then, it has been actively introduced in each country to respond to the increase and diversification of students studying in higher education. In Japan as well, efforts began in the 1990s due to changes in the environment surrounding each university and student, and expanded rapidly after the latter half of the 2000s. According to the Japan Student Services Organization [2011], it is clear that the latter half of 60％ of peer support programs were established after 2005. However, although there are several previous studies on the number, content, and educational effects of efforts, the background to the expansion of peer support in universities since 2005 has not been clarified. This paper clarifies the background of the expansion of peer support efforts at Japanese universities in the latter half of the 2000s, especially the role of Student Support GP (Good Practice) from the policy process. | |||||
