Two sorts of meaning primitives, objective and relational are exsamined. Objective one are consisted with 82 dimensions with 6 categories and 3 classes. Relational meaning primitives are 16 elements of p-q true-false table. Pattern recognition, learning, conceptual attainment and simbolic labeling are the certain functioning of information condence. And that, meaning primitive is the basic feature taken by information condence processes. \"UNDERSTANDING\" means the fact that we can condence information sufficiently. We have two sorts of contradictions. One is a strong contradiction stemed from logical one, as same as cognitive dissonance or conceptual conflict and the other is a week one stand by the fuzzy on conceptualization.
