| 内容記述 | この研究の目的は，132名の大学生を調査対象者として，S. H. Schwartz（1970 ; 1981）が提案した「愛他心に関する規範的意思決定モデル」の妥当性を，献血行動に関して，検討することである。Schwartz の尺度を翻訳して，行為の影響の認識力と行為責任の否認傾向を，また，Schwartz の研究を参考にして，献血に関する社会的，および個人的規範，献血意図と実際の献血行動などを測定し，それらの間の関連性を検定した。その結果，個人的規範は，社会的規範よりも，一層密接に行動意図と相関していた。影響の認識と責任の否認は有意に相互相関するが，それらは実際行動や行動意図とは有意に相関しなかった。しかしながら，これらは，個人的規範が行動意図を規定する程度に対して，仮説と一致する方向で，影響を与えていた。実際行動は，行動意図とのみ有意に相関しており，このことは，行為の影響の認識力と責任の否認傾向に依存して，個人的規範に規定された行動意図が，実際行動を決定するという過程の存在を示唆した。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | The object of present study is to validate "A normative decision-making model of altruism" (S.H.Schwartz, 1970 ; 1981) in the case of blood donation by one hundred thirty two college students. Awareness of consequences, denial of responsibility, social and personal norm, intention and overt donating behavior are related With each other. Personal norm correlates more closely with the intention of blood donation than social norm does With it. Although awareness of consequences and denial of responsibility are significantly related, they don't correlate with the intention. They, however, can control the extent that personal norm prescribes the intention in the direction of hypothesis. That overt behavior recalled is correlated only with the intention suggets the existence of sequential process of norm-intention-behavior. | |||||
