| 内容記述 | この研究の目的は，援助行動を抑制する要因に焦点を絞り，人が援助しない動機の構造を解明し，次に，その非援助動機に基づいて，種々の行動の非生起の特徴を明らかにすることである。12種類の代表的な援助行動について，大学生より収集して整理された26種の非援助動機の各々がその非生起の理由になりうる程度を被験者に評定させ，その結果を因子分析することによって，5種類の基本的な非援助動機型を得た。すなわち，合理的状況判断に基づく責任の拒否，援助もしくは被援助の好ましくない経験，援助者もしくは被援助者の好ましくない人格特徴，責任の分散可能性，援助能力の欠如，である。次に，これらの5種類の非援助動機型によって，7種類の順社会的行動群の非生起の特徴を明らかにした。更に，非援助動機型の組合せによる非援助の型が，クラスター分析によって明らかにされた。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | The object of the present research is to focus on the conditions which restrain people from helping, the structure of motives for non-helping, and the characteristics of non-helping according to those motives. Subjects were asked to rate the extent to which each of 26 main non-helping motives is thought to restrain the occurrence of 12 typical helping behaviors. Factor analysls of the rating data showed 5 fundamental non-helping motives : the denial of responsibility through the rational judgement of situations, unpleasant experiences of helping or being helped, undesirable characteristlcs of potential helper or helpee, the possibility of diffusion of responsibility, and the inability of helping. It was determined which non-helping motives control(s) the different helping behaviors. By means of cluster analysis, various patterns of non-helping were found. | |||||
