| 内容記述 | 本稿では組織変動に関する個体群生態学モデルの概要を示す。個体群生態学的視座は，組織年令が若いほどその組織は不安定であると仮定する「新しさの脆弱性」の仮説に基づいている。われわれはこの仮説がもつ意義を明確にし，あわせて神奈川県の応用電子装置製造業と染色整理業に属する組織のデータをもとにこの仮説の検証を試みた。その結果，組織年令のごく初期についてはこの仮説を検証できたが，組織年令が高くなった場合については検証できなかった。また，組織規模や組織の設立以外にも， 業種に関連して組織の安定度に効果をもつ何らかの要因の存在が推察された。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | This paper shows an outline of population ecology perspective on organizational change. Population ecology perspective is based on "liability of newness" hypothesis postulating that the younger an organization is, the less stable it is. We tried to clarify the significance of this hypothesis and test it on data of organizations belonging to the associated electronic equipment industry and the dyeing industry in Kanagawa prefecture. We verified the hypothesis only at early stages of organizational life cycles and found that some miscellaneous factors which are characteristic of each industry, as well as organizational size and time of establishment, have effects on stabilities of organizations. | |||||
