The SMEs contribute significantly to providing our economy with goods and services, especially becoming more and more important with the service industry. The SMEs are person-oriented, flexible and often focused on production to meet individual demand. The environmental conditions for SMEs are altogether favorable, with a threat of an increasing public burden and an increasing lack of qualified employees.
