| 内容記述 | スイスにおける総企業数の99％，総雇用数の70％以上を占める中小企業は，スイスの経済，社会を支えるバックボーンであり，地域毎に独自性をもちながら，国民経済の安定発展，地域格差の均衡を図る上で重要な役割を果たしている。中小企業による財・サービスの生産がスイス経済に大きく貢献しているが，とくに第3次産業においてその重要性が増大してきており，人間的で高い柔軟性をもつスイスの中小企業は，個々人のニーズに適合した生産活動を行っている。一般的に中小企業を取り巻く環境はよいといえるが， しかし一方では行政府に対する事務的な仕事の負担が増えつつあり，また熟練工が不足をきたしているなどの問題点を抱えている。中小企業の経営者，リーダー達は，独立性志向が極めて高いものの，長期的展望に立った戦略展開の視点については弱い面がみられる。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | The Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Switzerland, accounting for more than 99% of total firms and 70% of total employment, are the economical as well as political backbone of our socity, stabilizing in business-fluctuations, balancing in resional disproportions. The SMEs contribute significantly to providing our economy with goods and services, especially becoming more and more important with the service industry. The SMEs are person-oriented, flexible and often focused on production to meet individual demand. The environmental conditions for SMEs are altogether favorable, with a threat of an increasing public burden and an increasing lack of qualified employees. The entrepreneurs and Leaders of SMEs show a strong need for independence, but they are far from looking ahead into a future beyond tomorrow. | |||||
