| 内容記述 | 中村（1983, 1988, 1990）は，自己過程に4つの位相，すなわち，自己に注意の焦点を当てる「自己の姿への注目」の段階，注目された自己の姿の特徴を自分なりに描き出して自己を概念化する「自己の姿の把握」の段階，把握された自己の姿を評価する「自己の姿への評価」の階段，そして，自己の注目，把握，評価で活性化された自己を，他者との相互作用の中で他者に向けて表出する「自己の姿の表出」の段階の4つが存在するとしている。この論文では，「自己｣，特に自己過程に注目し，その各位相において，向社会的行動と自己とがいかなる因果的関係を持っているかを検討し，「自己」の視点から，従来の向社会的行動の研究の整理と，その方向からの今後の研究の発展の可能性が考察された。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | Nakamura (1983;1988;1990) postulated that a series of phenomenal self-process is composed of the following four kinds of element arranged in a specific order. The first stage of the self-process is "Awareness of Self" to focus on self, the second is "Understanding of Self" stage to get self-concept, that is, knowing what kind of person I am by means of self-perception and social feedback, the third is "Evaluation of Self" stage to evaluate many different qualities and activities of the self in terms of many different standards, and the last is "Presentation of Self" stage to behave in order to please. the audience and to construct(create, maintain, and modify) one's public self congruent to one's ideal. This article is aimed to examine the causal relationship between self and prosocial behavior on each stage of self-process and to investigate the possibility of developing the research on prosocial behavior from the viewpoint of self. | |||||
