Some examples are: the disruption of traditional belief in management, the development of globalization, the acceleration of intercultural relations and the innovation of new information technology(3C revolution). The attempt made here is to employ a social systems approach to show how these changes have had an impact on business administration. Its basic perspective is that all of management practices ultimately take place from within cultural systems, and especially that the ideological system and/or the ideological climate is always central to business administration. This means that administrative practices are linked to the wider cultural background of the society as a whole, to a general management philosophy which is common to the whole business administration, and to the unique business creed or vision of each enterprise. I try to explain the connections between certain administrative practices and the cultural -ideological- philosophy which surrounds them. How has management philosophy influenced organizational cooperation? How does management react to the cultural changes in which it was involved?
