| 内容記述 | 本論文は不登校状態とともに自殺企図や幻覚などさまざまな精神症状を示した，中学2年生女児に対し，中学2年生の12月から高等学校入学までの約16カ月間にわたる心理療法の過程を述べたものである。過剰補償の機制によって依存欲求を抑制し「母親を助けるよい子」であったのに，中学2年時に「母親に暴力をふるう悪い子」という面を表して混乱した女児が，この二つの面を統合して自我機能を回復するまで，心理療法を行った経過を述べたものである。本児には個人心理療法とともに集団心理療法を行い，また本児の母親に対するカウンセリングを行ったが，その中でも主として個人心理療法での本児の状態の変化を中心にして述べた。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | This report describes the psychotherapeutic process of a 14 year old (2nd-year junior high school student) school refusal girl, who showed various psychotic states such as hallucination and attempted suicide. The psychological treatment was administerd over a period of 16 months until her graduation from junior high school. She had played the role of "a good girl who helps her mother" as an overcompensation in order to repress her serious dependency upon her mother, which had begun when her father left the family. However, she suddenly manifested herself as "a bad girl who is violent towards her mother", and subsequently became confused. She was treated with a series of individual and group psychotherapy sessions, in addition to which her mother also received counselling. This report shows how the psychotherapy allowed this girl to finally recover her ego-function through a successful integration of both her "good" and "bad" aspects. | |||||
