| 内容記述 | 戦後の日本経済･産業の急成長は大きななぞであった。この要因としては，欧米では，かつて豊富で良質の労働力，日本的経営，高貯蓄率などが指摘された。OECDが70年代はじめに，その要因として日本の産業政策に注目し始めて以来，欧米では日増しに産業政策への関心が高まり，わが国以上に実証的･理論的研究が大きく進んだ。現実の世界の動きは，昨今の社会や経済のボーダーレス化，グローバル化，地球的規模での大競争指向に伴って，各国の経済･産業政策のあり方が大きく転換しようとしている。本論文は，第二次大戦以降に通産省によって行なわれてきた産業政策について， 日本経済の時々の状況や発展過程に即して政策手段や政策論理を点検し，総括し，産業政策理論の一般化の方向への手がかりを探ろうとするものである。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | The rapid growth of Japanese economy and industry after World War II was a big mystery in the world. Abundant and excellent labor force, Japanese management, and high rate of savings, etc. were pointed out as relevant factors. The concern for the industrial policy gradually increased in Europe and America after the OECD began to pay attention to the Japanese industrial policy at the beginning of 70's. Empirical and theoretical researches in the West have largely advanced more than in Japan. What an economic and an industrial policy should be in each country is largely Varying with the movement of the reality of the world because of the development of the large and borderless competition, recent globalization of societies and economies. This paper examines the industrial policy been done by the Ministry of International Trade and Industry after the Second World War. We try to check the policy instruments and the logic of the policy along the situation and the development process of Japanese economy, summarize them, and search for a clue to the direction of the generalization of the industrial policy theory. | |||||
