| 内容記述 | 本稿の目的は，潜在成長モデル(LGM)についての方法論的な進展を紹介することと中学生の進路発達の成長線をLGMを使って検討することである。縦断データが，愛知県のある中学の全校生徒と対象とした4回の調査機会(1988年12月，1989年6月，1989年12月，1990年12月）に収集された。この分析では，これらの調査において対象者であった男子と女子を，独立に，半年間隔のでの2つの不完全コーホート・データ（1つは，最初の調査機会で1年生として対象者であった生徒であり，もう1つは，同じ調査機会で2年生であった生徒である｡）として選んだ。半年間隔での3学年にわたる教育的進路成熟と職業的進路成熟の成長の線を確認するために，線形方程式モデリングによるLGM解析方法をAmosでおこなった。このコーホート・データについてのいくつかのモデルの中で，教育的そして職業的成熟についての2つの変数を含む多母集団同時LGMのモデルの適合度が最もよかった。これらの結果の意味を，LGMの応用研究に関する考察とともに議論した。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | The purpose of this paper is to introduce methodological developments on the Latent Growth Model (LGM), and to investigate the growth line of career maturity in junior high school using LGM methodologies. Longitudinal data were collected from the entire student body of a certain junior high school in Aichi Prefecture, which participated on four research occasions (December, 1988, June, 1989, December, 1989, and December, 1990). In this analysis, the male and female participants were independently selected for the two kinds of incomplete cohort data at half-year intervals: One was the students who participated on the first occasion as first-year junior high school students, and the other was the students who participated as second-year junior high school students on the same occasion. To identify the growth lines of the educational career maturity and vocational career maturity across the three grades at half-year intervals, LGM analysis using structural equation modeling was conducted using Amos. The model of multi-sample simultaneous LGM including both variables of the educational and the vocational career maturity evidenced the best fit, among several models on these cohort data. Implications of these results were discussed with consideration of applied research using LGM. | |||||
