| 内容記述 | 従来，地域情報化の問題は行政側の視点に偏りがちであるが，本研究では地域情報化のもう一方の主役である住民側の視点を中心にして，川越市当局が取り組んでいる地域情報化施策を検討し，住民参加の可能性を探りながら，地域情報化の方向性やあり方を論じたものである。まず川越市民の情報行動，情報化意識，メディア利用行動（情報発信型と情報受信型）の実態を明らかにして，地域情報化における住民参加活動の下地となるコミュニケーション行動を把握した。さらに意識レベルと行動レベルで川越市民の地域に対する関わりを分析する一方で，川越市の地域情報化施策および市民との交流の実態を検討した。これらを統合的に勘案しながら川越市の地域情報化を論じた。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | Local information systems are usually planed from a viewpoint of local government. In this study, Problems of local information systems in Kawagoe city are mainly discussed from a viewpoint of the residents, examining the possibility of local residents' participation. First, information behaviors, senses of information-oriented society and the use of media on the residents in Kawagoe city are investigated, so as to grasp communication behaviors which are good grounding in participation in concerted action by the residents. Then, information policy in the local administration and interactions between the city and the residents are examined. Taking account of these factors, the local information systems in Kawagoe city are discussed from a viewpoint of the local residents. | |||||
