However, sociology was originally born as a study that diagnoses an era exactly and proposes policy toward the construction of a better society. It gets more and more difficult to do so because of the complexity of society and the diversification of values, but I try such an attempt in this manuscript. I diagnose the present era and propose policy regarding politics, culture, family, education, international issues, etc. from a sociological view-point.},
