| 内容記述 | 日本経済活性化の目玉として政府は種々の新規創業支援策を打ち出し、それなりの効果は徐々に出てきている。しかし、膨大な既存産業の再生をどのようにするかは緊急の課題である。不良債権として処理するのが最善なのかは、はなはだ疑問である。中小企業が挑戦しているナノテク、バイオなどの先端産業は、既存の技術の見直しから、さらに外部との連携によって生まれている。まさに、ピースミール・エンジニアリング思想が生きているのだ。そこで、メンテナンスの視点で日本の産業システムを再生の可能性について持論を述べる。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | The Japanese Government has promoted a variety of supporting plans for new foundation of industries and enterprises as a special feature of revitalization of the domestic economy. Some expected results are showing up. However, an urgent problem is revitalization of the numerous existing industries. We are at a loss how to solve the problem but it is not doubtful that the best solution is not to treat them as bad credit. Some small and medium-sized enterprises are now making efforts to introduce frontier technologies, such as nanotechnology and biotechnology, into themselves. Furthermore, re-examination of the existing technology brings new cooperative relationships among them. It is just the thought of piecemeal engineering. In this article, the possibility of reconstruction of the Japanese industrial systems will be discussed from the viewpoint of the maintenance. | |||||
