 note = {社会学者はしばしば「常識を疑ってみよう」と言う。それは、「常識」と思いこんで、深く考えなくなっている社会の仕組みに気づかせるための有効な思考方法だからだ。現代において、「常識」を創り出す上で大きな役割を果たしているのはマスコミ報道である。これほどネット情報が氾濫する時代になっても、まだまだ大衆は、マスコミ報道を真実と思い込みやすい。社会の仕組みに気づく第一歩として、マスコミ報道が創り出す「常識」を批判的に読むことが必要である。こうした思考は、伝統的な批判的思考に近いものと言ってもよいだろう。, Sociologists often say, "Let's doubt common sense." Because it is an effective way of thinking to understand the functioning of the society, which the ordinary people don't think about carefully. At present the mass media news plays a large role in forming "common sense". The ordinary people tend to believe that the mass media news is true in spite of the time when it is easy to get access to a substantial amount of news content through the internet. It is necessary to critically interpret "common sense" formed by the mass media news as the first step to understand the functioning of the society.
