The change of the attendance of MLB teams indicates its change of threshold population in addition to the locational process of MLB teams which was in previous studies. To understand the locational process of NFL teams found the effect of revenue-sharing to the location of teams. Revenue-sharing system stabilizes the management of NFL teams, and does not expand the size of market space to avoid competition for locations of teams. Secondly, to analyze the share of stadium between NFL and MLB teams revealed the effect of agglomeration of two kinds of professional sports teams.
