Wakayama Prefecture Government promotes forest CSR program kigyou-no-mori since 2002, which subjects are restoration of neglected forest and rebuild of forestry industry. The event has some roles. 1. Employees and their families understand a business of their company that consumes wood. 2. The event is an opportunity of communication among employees. 3. The event is used as a training for new employees. 4. The event strengthen employee sense of belonging in their company. 5. The company positively send informations on their web site about this event as a CSR activity. 6.
