These letters are related to Dunhuang manuscripts research at London and Paris where Ishihama (石濵) went with Naito Konan (内藤湖南) from Taisho13 (1924) to Taisho14 (1925) . Nobuhiro Matsumoto (松本信広) 's letters describe the actual situation of the acquisition of the photos and rotographs of the Dunhuang manuscripts, while Ishihama's letters detail the situation of the cruise on Fushimi Maru (伏見丸) .},
